Mundet me nje perberes sekret: miellin e qiqrave!<\/p>\n<p>Pergatitja<br \/>\nPerziejme ne nje ene miellin e qiqrave me uje: shtojme pak kripe, dhe nese ju pelqen pak piper. Rrahim fort me pirun, ose me mire me perzieresin elektrik deri sa te mos formohen me kokrriza. Duhet te marrim nje brume te bute, as shume te ujshem as shume solid, si ai krepes (per ke i ka qelluar ti pergatise).<br \/>\nQerojme qepet dhe i presim shume holle. Pastaj marrim kungujt, i lajme mire ne uje te bollshem dhe i bejme dhe ato ne copa te vogla. Bashkojme qepet dhe kungujt me perzierjen e miellit te qiqrave dhe ujin, shtojme vajin e ullirit extra te virgjer dhe kripen. Hedhim permbajtjen ne nje tave qelqi te vogel ose tave normale me leter furre, dhe e futim ne furre per 15-20 min, derisa pergatitja te jete pjekur.<br \/>\nSherbehet ne temperature ambienti, me sallate sipas deshires tuaj<br \/>\nPer nje shije me shume hidhet nje dore borzilok, jeshillleqe te stines te grira holle dhe piper i kuq.<br \/>\nMiellin e qiqrave i cili pervec shijes dhe vlerave, eshte dhe pa gluten, mund ta gjeni prane dyqanit tone.<\/p>\n<p>Ju befte mire!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>",
