Ne nje ene te gjere hidhni miellin integral dhe te qiqrave dhe miksojini mire me nje luge druri deri ne njetrajtesim. Hidhni ne ene dy luge me vaj ulliri extra te virgjer, pak kripe dhe nje luge te vogel fara lulekuqe. Perziejeni mire me lugen e drurit para se te filloni te beni brumin. Ne kete pike mund te shtoni majane e tretur ne uje dhe uje tjeter te ngrohte pak nga pak.<br \/>\nPunojeni fort perzierjen me duar derisa te arrini nje brume homogjen dhe elastik. Formoni formen rrumbullake klasike dhe rihidheni ne ene.<br \/>\nMbulojeni me nje mbulese pambuku te paster. Lereni ne temperaturen e ambientit per rreth dy ore derisa volumi i brumit te jete dyfishuar.<br \/>\nHidhni pak vaj ne fund te nje tave te rrumbullaket.Kur brumi te jete gati hapeni me gishta nga qendra drejt aneve. Ngroheni furren ne 180 C, hidhini siper qepe te prera ne feta, rozmarine dhe nje fije vaj para se ta fusni ne furre. Lereni 25-30 minuta deri sa te marre ngjyre.<br \/>\nMund ta sherbeni fokacen si antipaste e ta shoqeroni me nje sallate lakre te kuqe te prere holle, me fara stike dhe arra te grira, nje ose dy luge rrush te thate te lene pak para ne uje, vaj ulliri extra te virgjer, leng portokalli dhe pak kripe.<\/p>\n<p>Ju befte mire \ud83d\ude42 !<i class=\"_4-k1 img sp_0FWTQ_K3bWk sx_72c37c\"><\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>",
