Tharja behet qe tofu mos leshoje shume uje gjate pjekjes. Kaloni ne tiganin me pak vaj ulliri, perzierjen e perimeve te prere ne copa te vogla per pak minuta, bashkojeni me pas tofu \u2013n e copetuar perziejini mire dhe vazhdoni me zjarr te nxehte per akoma 1 minute. Kur te ulni zjarrin, shtoni salcen e domates, gjethet e dafines dhe perziejini mire. Hidhni kripen dhe procedoni me zierjen per 20\/30 minuta. Perfekte per tja shtuar makaronave klasike, atyre integrale apo thjesht mbi copat e thekura te bukes gjate orareve te ndermjetme te dites. Shkon shume mire dhe me orizin apo farron e gatuar,ne te ftohte.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>",
