Natyrisht -Aloe Vera<\/p>\n

Aloe Vera ka perfitime te panumerta per shendetin, shume nga te cilat sic te gjithe kemi lexuar lidhen dhe me shendetin e mire te lekures. Ka nje sepse ne baze te gjithe kesaj. Arsyeja baze eshte se aloe ka vlera kunder inflamatore dhe aftesi te larta rigjeneruese dhe riparuese. Ne rastin e mishrave te dhem…<\/span>beve te skuqur aloe vera do ta luftoje acarimin duke vepruar direkt mbi qelizat, me te rendesishmet per riparimin e shtresave. Do te evitohen ne kete menyre gjithashtu infeksionet, fale vetive te saj te shkelqyera antibakteriale.<\/p>\n

Per gjithe kete ka 2 menyra perdorimi te aloe veres:
\n-E para eshte ajo e perdorimit te xhelit mbi furce, mbas larjes normale me pasten e dhembeve. Ky veprim do te zgjase nga 3-5 minuta. Pastaj mund te kryeni shpelarjen e kujdesshme te gojes.<\/p>\n

-E dyta eshte perdorimi si shpelares goje ose kolutor ku pak xhel aloe shkrihet me uje dhe behen me te me pas gargara ne goje. Behet ky veprim cdo dite mbas larjes se dhembeve.<\/p>\n

Freskia, aroma e mire dhe efektet me pak te dukshme por qe dhurojne shendetin e gojes tuaj do tju shperblejne per ato pak minuta te dedikuara me shume <\/span><\/div>\n
