Mund te pergatiten me to qofte te mrekullueshme, per tu marre me vete ne piknik apo ne shetitjen e rradhes ne bregdet.<\/p>\n<p>Perberesit:<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>400 gr thjerreza te gatuara<br \/>\n250 gr spinaq<br \/>\n50 gr arra<br \/>\n1 pjese e vogel xhinxher (2cm) ose pluhur xhinxher<br \/>\n1 molle<br \/>\n1 pras<br \/>\n40 gr buke e grire<br \/>\n2 luge miell orizi (opsional)<br \/>\nkripe dhe vaj<\/p>\n<p>PERGATITJA<\/p>\n<p>Ngrohim 2-3 luge vaj ne nje tigan dhe skuqim pak prasin e prere ne rrumbullake te vogla bashke me xhinxherin e grire, per 2-3 minuta. Shtojme spinaqin dhe mollen e grire.<br \/>\nI hedhim pak kripe dhe i leme te gatuhen per 10 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Nderkohe frulojme gjysmat e thjerrezave dhe i perziejme me ato te plotat te lena vec. Iu hedhim thjerrezave arrat e grira, buken e grire, perzierjen me spinaq dhe pak kripe. Ne kete pike per te trashur pak perberjen, mund te shtoni perseri buke te grire ose miell orizi per te rregulluar keshtu dendesine e perzierjes.<\/p>\n<p>Ngrohim furren ne 180\u00b0. Ne nje tave te vogel te shtruar me leter furre te lagur dhe te shtrydhur, hedhim perzierjen dhe e nivelojme mire.<br \/>\nE leme te piqet per rreth 30 min ose derisa te marre ngjyre te verdhe ne siperfaqe.<\/p>\n<p>E leme pak minuta te ftohet para se ta presim.<\/p>\n<p>Ju befte mire!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kane tepruar thjerreza nga dreka e fundit?
