Heqim pjesen siperme dhe te brendshme te domateve, eliminojme farat dhe ujin. I hedhim pak kripe nga brenda domateve dhe i veme kokeposhte qe te humbin ujin. Pulpin e frulojme dhe e perziejme bashke me melin dhe erezat.<\/p>\n<p>I sistemojme domatet njera prane tjetres ne nje tenxhere ose tave te vogel te pershtatshme per furre. I mbushim me mel, i hedhim nje fije vaj dhe pak kripe nese eshte e nevojshme. I mbyllim me pjesen e siperme te domates. Presim specin dhe e sistemojme neper te ne brendesi te tenxheres. I hedhim perseri pak vaj dhe uje.
