I quajtur shpesh si &#8220;dhjathi veg&#8221;, pershtatet me lehtesi ne nje numer te madh dietash dhe gatimesh, te embla apo te kripura.<\/p>\n<p>Njeri nga shume ushqimet qe mund te perfitohet nga soja dhe me prejardhje vegjetale te kompletuar, eshte mjaft i pasur me vlera ushqimore. Vjen si nje alternative shume e mire ndaj produkteve te bulmetit apo ushqimeve m<span class=\"text_exposed_hide\">&#8230;<\/span><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">e prejardhje shtazore, por duke i superuar tashme dhe keto kufij.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Shume i perhapur ne Azi, Japoni ,Kine, Kore, se fundmi dhe ne Europe. Konsistenca eshte si e djathrave te bute, shija shume delikate.<br \/>\nMe vlere kolesteroli 0 e permbajtje kalorike te ulet, permban disa proteina vegjetale, 10 aminoacide esenciale, kripera minerale si kalium, hekur dhe fosfor, kalcium etj<\/p>\n<p>-Mund te perdoret i gjalle ne sallata te fresketa, buke, prodhime buke. Rekomandohet gjithsesi 1 minute zierje, sepse mund te rezultoje me shije te lehte te hidhur.<br \/>\n-Mund ti jepet pak ngjyre ne tigan ose zgare me pak vaj apo salce soje, deri sa siperfaqja te marre pak ngjyre kafe. Shoqerohet me pas me perime te gjalla apo te ziera ne avull.<br \/>\n-Mund te skuqet ne vaj ulliri, pasi tofuja te jete thare mire me leter kuzhine. Mund te skuqet, pasi ta keni lyer me miell orizi, misri apo therrime te grira buke.<br \/>\n-Mund te pritet ne copa te medha, lyhet me therrime buke dhe i kaluar pak ne tigan, mund te futet me pas ne furre. Mbas kesaj do kthehet ne pak me shume elastik, por nuk shkrihet si djathrat normale.<br \/>\n-Mund te pritet ne kubike ose flete te holla e te perdoret me pas per te trashur e shtuar shijen supave dimerore.<\/p>\n<p>Mund ta gjeni kete produkt te ri organik, me prejardhje vegjetale, prane Edesias!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mes ushqimeve me te perhapura ne dietat vegjetariane dhe vegane, tofuja ze nje vend absolutisht te spikatur.
