Kjo torte eshte nje recete dimerore shume ndjellese, e pershtatshme per ta marre veten pak me te mira ne keto dite shiu.<\/p>\n

Per me shume, embelsira do te shperndaje e do te mbushe shtepine tuaj me nje arome te ngrohte dhe te embel ne cdo cep te saj.<\/p>\n

Behet fjale per nje pergatitje qe hyn ne recetat e thjeshta qe intrigon te gjithe kategorite pavaresisht nga zgjedhjet ushqimore qe bejne ne gatimet e tyre.<\/p>\n

Perberesit:
\n200 gr miell farro me prejardhje biologjike
\n100 gr sheqer te erret
\n1 gote vaj farash te shtypyr ne te ftohte
\n100 gr kakao e hidhur ne pluhur
\n3 dardha
\n300 ml qumesht vegjetal me prejardhje biologjike
\n1 bustine maja per embelsira<\/p>\n

Pergatitja:
\nQerojme dardhat, heqim farat, dhe i presim ne feta te holla. Bashkojme ne nje tas gjithe perberesit e thate: miell, maja, kakao dhe sheqer. Shtojme ngadale qumeshtin vegjetal (preferohet soia) dhe vajin. E rrahim perberjen ne menyre energjike, duke u munduar te evitojme krijimin e kokrrizave te patretura.<\/p>\n

Masa e perfituar duhet te jete likuide. Ne rast se rezulton akoma e trashe shtojme pak qumesht tjeter. Ne te kundert, nese eshte shume fluide, shtojme miell tjeter. Ndajme tani pergatitjen ne dy pjese. E hedhim pjesen e pare ne nje tave per kek me diameter rreth 22cm te lyer me pak yndyre dhe me miell, me pas e mbulojme me fetat e dardhes te sperkatura me kanelle siper. E mbulojme kete, me pjesen e mbetur te pergatitjes.<\/p>\n

E fusim torten ne furren e parangrohur ne 180\u00b0 dhe e pjekim per 40\/50 minuta.<\/p>\n
