I plot\u00eb apo i p\u00ebrpunuar?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ne dhjetevjecaret e fundit konsumi i fibrave ne regjimet ushqimore eshte zvogeluar, kjo jo vetem per shkak te ndyshimit te zakoneve te te ushqyerjes por dhe per shkak te rafinimit te cilit i nenshtrohen miellrat nga drithera te ndryshem.<\/p>\n<p>Rafinimi eshte nje proces qe sjell nje sere transformimesh ushqimore te afta te eleminojne substanca te caktua<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">ra ose pjese ushqimore, per te shtuar ato qe jane ne interes te perpunuesit per ta bere produktin sa me terheqes per konsumatorin. Gjate rafinimit te miellit per shembull hiqen sythi(filizi) dhe pjesa e jashtme e kokrres (krundja).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ajo qe e ben me te keshillueshem konsumimin e ushqimeve integrale lidhet ne pjesen me te madhe me shtimin e konsumimit te fibrave.<\/p>\n<p>Fibrat ushqimore ne fakt :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Rrisin ndjenjen e ngopjes dhe lehtesojne funksionimin e lehte te stomakut<br \/>\n\u2022 Ulin thithjen e yndyrnave dhe kolesterolit<br \/>\n\u2022 Ulin thithjen e substancave kancerogjene<\/p>\n<p>Avantazhe te tjera jane sjellja e vitamines E dhe disa vitaminave te grupit B. Per me shume ushqimet integrale kane nje indeks glicemik dhe kalorik me te ulet qe ndihmon per te humbur ne peshe.(me kusht qe kjo mos behet kusht per te ngrene me shume prej tyre)<\/p>\n<p>Duhet thene gjithsesi qe ushqimet integrale jane me pak te konservueshme dhe rezultojne me pak terheqese ne shije sesa ato te rafinuarat.<\/p>\n<p>Pervec mbikonsumimit te te dyja llojeve te dritherave, keshillojme te kontrolloni brenda mundesive tuaja prejardhjen e ushqimit integral te blere, per tu siguruar mbi mosabuzimin mbi vlerat e siperpermendura dhe sjelljen e nje produkti ne treg qe ka vetem pamjen e jashtme te ngjashme me nje produkt cilesor integral.<\/p>\n<p>Nje shembull do te ishte buka e erret, nje nga produktet qe konsumohet me shume ne perditshmerine tone. Nese ajo ka nje ngjyre te celet ne te cilen evidentohen shume pika te zeza eshte bere pa dyshim nga nje miell integral fals.
