I adaptueshem per cdo diete ka nje shije delikate qe shkon me shume pergatitje.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Permban fibra dhe minerale si fosfor, magnez, hekur dhe zink. Eshte gjithashtu nje burim i shkelqyer proteinash vegjetale. Ka ne vetvete 9 nga yndyrnat esenciale te nevojshme per funksionimin e organizmit duke na sjelle ne kompleks, nje ekuiliber shume te mire mes proteinave dhe karbohidrateve. Vlerat proteinike jane superiore ndaj atyre te orizit, melit apo grurit.<\/p>\n<p>Kinoa eshte vecanerisht e pershtatshme dhe per celiaket duke qene se eshte totalisht pa gluten.<br \/>\nMund te perdoret si dritherat e tjere dhe pse nuk eshte nje drith i mirefillte, per te pergatitur supa, per te shoqeruar mish apo sallata.<br \/>\nEshte nje permbajtes i rendesishem i riboflavines (B2) ne gjendje te reduktoje sulmet e dhimbjes se kokes dhe te favorizoje proceset metabolike te qelizave muskulare dhe cerebrale.<\/p>\n<p>Perdorimet e kinoas<\/p>\n<p>Kinoa rekomandohet te shpelahet para se te procedohet me gatimin e saj. Nese keni mundesi, mund ta lini dhe per nje periudhe te shkurter ne uje per te eliminuar gjurmet e saponines qe permbajne farat e saj. Keshtu farat nuk do te kene aspak shije te hidhur.<br \/>\nKa tre varietete kryesore te kinoas qe dallohen nga ngjyra e kokrrave te saj te kuqe, te verdha te zeza. Te treja varietetet mund te perdoren per pergatitjen e pjatave si te embla dhe te kripura, duke qene se shija e kinoas kombinohet shume mire me shije te tjera.<br \/>\nFarat e kinoas mundet gjithashtu te bluhen per te pasur nje miell te perdorshem, plotesisht pa gluten.<\/p>\n<p>Farat e kinoas mund te zihen me te pakten dyfishin e ujit sic perdorim per makaronat .<br \/>\nZierja mund te varioje nga 10 deri ne 15 minuta. Mbas zierjes mund ti hidhet vaj dhe perberes te tjere te preferuar. Jane te shkelqyera kombinimet e quinoas me sallata dhe bishtajore. Mund te perdoren dhe per mbushjen e domateve, specave apo kungujve.<br \/>\nPersa i perket pjatave te embla, kinoa mund te perdoret per pergatitjen e biskotave e kombinuar me fruta te thata si rrush i thate apo lajthi .<br \/>\nFarat e ziera te kinoas mund te shtohen gjithashtu ne mueslin tuaj te mengjesit.<br \/>\nNe postimet ne vazhdim do percjellim disa receta me kinoan si perberes kryesor te tyre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kinoa cilesohet nga inkasit si \u201cmbreteresha e gjithe farerave\u201d.
